Le gouvernement a présenté en conseil des ministres, mercredi 20 mai, le projet de loi visant à « renforcer l’Etat local ». Loin des ambitions affichées initialement, le texte ne contient pas de mesures de décentralisation et suscite de nombreuses réserves parmi les élus locaux.
