Alberta court overturns ruling which held Edmonton police responsible for racially-motivated arrest
The Edmonton Police Service will not have to pay $80,000 to two Black men arrested in 2017 after an Alberta judge quashed a decision by the Human Rights Tribunal of Alberta.
