Why do Democrats still insist life must be ‘separate but equal’ for black Americans?

The modern Democratic Party continues to assert through its priorities that life must be segregated for black Americans, and no Democrat seems interested in reckoning with how absurd that thought process is. The Supreme Court’s decision to essentially end race-based redistricting
