World Milk Day

Established by the FAO in 2001, June 1st celebrates dairy's role in food security and nutrition for over 6 billion people worldwide. India is the world's largest milk producer, generating 22% of global supply. Oat milk sales grew 686% between 2017 and 2019, which the FAO noted with interest.
